Villa Management Contract

Our hassle-free “one-stop” property management contract incorporates a caretaker service (including key holding), pool maintenance, gardening and cleaning services. This service can be paid for in annual, quarterly or monthly instalments.

Property Caretaker Checks

A weekly, fortnightly or monthly caretaker service check ensures that your property is being effectively protected against unauthorized interference, problems with utilities and any general building or gardening deficiencies. Pool Maintenance

A full pool maintenance service will keep your pool in pristine condition for your personal use, use by family/friends or rental customers. Our dedicated pool maintenance staff can deal with all pool types – including those heated by the latest solar power methods.

Gardening Services

Many owners face the major challenge of creating gardens in a climate and soil of which they have no prior experience. Through our dedicated team of gardeners in all locations in the Northern Costa Blanca we can provide services ranging from weeding and tidying up of gardens to the creation of flower beds and the planting of trees and shrubs.

Air Conditioning

As from the beginning of November 2005 we are able to offer, at competitive prices, the supply and/or installation of hot and cold air-conditioning units to all types of property. Our engineers are fully qualified and can carry out all associated electrical work.
